Privacy Policy

The short version

  • I collect what you share in my forms so I can reply and do the work you asked for.
  • I use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure my ads.
  • I don't sell your personal information.
  • You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

This Privacy Policy explains how Your Digital Dude LLC ("Your Digital Dude," "I," "me," or "my") collects, uses and shares information when you visit yourdigitaldude.com (the "Site"), fill out a form, or buy a digital product.

1. Information I collect

Information you give me

When you fill out a contact, audit or checkup form, I collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and any message you include.

Purchases

Digital products like the Small Business AI Starter Kit are sold through Payhip. Payhip and its payment processors handle checkout. I receive basic order details such as your name, email address and what you bought. I never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel automatically collect information such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, your IP address, approximate location, and whether you submitted a form. This is done using cookies and similar technologies.

2. How I use your information

  • To deliver products and services you've asked for
  • To follow up about my services, which you can opt out of at any time
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it
  • To measure and improve my advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Google Analytics helps me understand how visitors use the Site. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Meta Pixel lets me measure how well my Facebook and Instagram ads work, for example whether someone who saw an ad later requested a checkup. Meta may use this information as described in its Privacy Policy. You can control how Meta uses it for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, but analytics and ad measurement won't include your visit.

Do Not Track: Browsers don't apply "Do Not Track" signals in a consistent way, so the Site does not currently respond to them. You can use the opt-outs above instead.

4. How information is shared

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run the Site and my business, and only as needed for them to do their job:

  • Cognito Forms: processes and stores form submissions
  • Netlify: hosts the Site
  • Google: website analytics
  • Meta (Facebook): ad measurement
  • Payhip: digital product sales and delivery

I may also disclose information if required by law, to protect my rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business sale or transfer.

5. How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above, such as while we're working together or as required for tax and business records. After that, I delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask me to:

  • Tell you what personal information I have about you
  • Correct information that's wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop sending you marketing emails

Just email info@yourdigitaldude.com. I'll respond within a reasonable time and won't treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and I'll honor them as required.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact me and I'll delete it.

8. Security

I use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is 100% secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

The Site links to other websites, like Payhip and social media. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
